Shipping FAQs

  • When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted. To track your order, you will need either your order number and email or tracking number. You can track your order following this link.

  • Free shipping Australia wide. Delivery times are 2 - 5 business days. Please note, domestic delivery times have been impacted by COVID-19. Delays may be experienced.

  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary from country to country. Delivery times are determined at checkout. Please note, international delivery times have been impacted by COVID-19. Delays may be experienced. Some countries are not currently accepting parcels. If this is the case you will be notified immediately and refunded.

  • Shipping costs are determined at checkout. Please note that if your country requires duties and import taxes, Otto Razz will not be responsible for this paymment. The customer will be notified by the delivery carrier to make payment of fees required for their country.

Returns FAQs

  • Please contact us to organize a return. Our client service team must approve your return prior to you dispatching it. Once approved, you will receive an email with steps to make your return. Please note: returns are at the expense of the customer. We do not accept liability for goods returned and are at the responsibility of the customer. Read more in our Returns Policy.

  • Orders must be returned at the expense of the customer. An Otto Razz representative must approve of the return before dispatching. Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Otto Razz item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Please make sure you have not removed the return security tag. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Otto Razz reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. Refunds & Exchanges FAQs

  • Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment. On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Please retain your shipping note until you have received your refund. If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

  • Orders can be returned for an exchange. Please make sure you have not removed the return security tag. If you'd like to exchange your purchase, it must be done within the 14 days return period. Please notify our client service team that you wish to exchange your order when organizing your return. Once we receive the returned order and processed it, you will receive an updated shipping confirmation email with the new tracking details of your exchanged order.

  • In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel or make changes to your order. Please Contact Us promptly after placing your order and your client service representative will advise if cancellation or amendments are available.
