Pre-Orders

Estimated dispatch dates for pre-orders are listed on our website. Please note that pre-order delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and other external factors. The estimated dispatch timeframe for each pre-order item will be provided at the time of purchase.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email. Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During promotional periods, public holidays, and peak seasons, delivery timeframes may be extended and can take up to 10 business days within Australia.

Delivery is considered complete once the parcel has been delivered to the nominated address provided at checkout. At this point, responsibility for the order transfers to you. A signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt.

We ship all Australian orders with Australia Post. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, including regional and remote areas where delivery services may be more limited.
