Return Policy
We accept returns of new and unused items within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Returned items must be in original, unused, and resalable condition. This includes all original packaging such as boxes, dust bags, tags, protective films, and any hardware protection. Items that show signs of wear, damage, scratching, or missing packaging may not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. If a return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service such as Australia Post, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds do not include any duties or taxes where applicable. If an order is cancelled after dispatch, any shipping costs incurred may be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned directly to the original retailer in accordance with their return policy.
